Factoring in time differences becomes a challenge at my age Lincs, especially when the MM timestamp on posts is wrong anyway

I'd also like to call into question your prediction. Does 0-2 to Wednesday actually mean Sheffield Wednesday 0 Sunderland 2 or Sunderland 0 Sheffield Wednesday 2? Shouldn't it be 2-0 to Wednesday? You really should be clearer as it wouldn't pass my scrutiny if money was involved.
