Great win for the young Baggies ,9 players were born within 15 miles of the Albion, Castro from London and we had one lad from Gloucester.
Wolves who were very good technical players,9 were oversea players, their left bag alone cost £1.5m and they paid fees for a lot of other players.

These ladies should at least be on the bench every week getting some chances yet we all know that the chances of even one of them coming through and being an Albion star are virtually nil.

Meanwhile back on planet Earth......look at Forest’s younger players like Johnson!!

    Absolute joke.

For me the result again re-emphasised the importance of teamwork and playing for each other.

Yes we concentrate on the relevant perceived quality of players but how many teams of better individual players are undone by a team implementing the plan, giving everything for the badge and the team.

Well done lads and let’s hope many of you get opportunities next season and that you have long and successful careers at WBA.

Perhaps you have forgotten the play-off final against Derby; they were not very magnanimous in victory, to say the least and we have been very critical of their behaving that day. We don’t need to sink to their level.

I don’t think we need to be magnanimous in victory against the Dingles Kets! 🤣🤣

I really can’t understand why some fans after a terrific victory want to put a dampener on things, if you don’t like the liquidator don’t sing. The Albion fans and players sang along with the enjoyment of the moment. Anyhow there were no Wolves fans around to take offence they had run off with there tails between there legs AGAIN. Great night loved it.

Perhaps you don’t understand English? I never said that I didn’t like the Liquidator, I do, and I thoroughly enjoyed the victory, no way did I put a dampener on it. We could just have shown a little more class, that’s all. I am delighted we won and I said so.

It shows a bit of class to be magnanimous in victory over anyone; we don’t need to sink to Derby’s level.

It’s never going to happen in a local derby with morons involved Kets.

This isn’t a game of Rugger between Halesowen Grammar School and King Edwards Grammar in Stourbridge.

There is never going to be three cheers and a “hard luck old boy” to the opponent FFS!
