    Harkes is an easily replaceable player. He had just as many bad games as good last season. Its the constant thievery of our targets by likes of hibs and hearts that pisses me off. We really should have signed Forrest when he was available at Ayr and we only have ourselves to blame that we didn't.

    Can we not tell the press that McNulty is our number one signing target in the hope that Hibs snap him up from under our noses?

    I agree. But the stealing of our players is nout new, normally by the so-called and (usually) bigger clubs.

    I nearly fainted when I heard the news we had signed Shankland. I still have no real idea how that deal went through. (probably a big money gamble that paid off)

    In saying that, he got the goals required to get us promoted, with a good few other great player performances that season.

    Wouldn't be against inviting him back if the game plan is to actually provide a striker with dangerous balls, but as you mentioned, there might be a decent sized queue that we are no where near the tap oh..
