It is fair to say that when Garlick held the purse strings there was little to no investment in our first team.

I think Pace made two mistakes the first was to award Dyche a long term contract and secondly he did not sack Dyche earlier. In fairness to Pace he did try to bring in some players with different styles of place, but rather than playing to their strengths, they had to conform to Dyche ball.

When Jackson took over we started to play football and looked likely to avoid relegation, but the last three games we reverted to hoof ball and it is that I have difficulty understanding why.
