We cant afford excitement millerstime but in fairness charlton fans have a lot of time for washington and many didnt want him to go. Sounds a warney kind team player who runs ad runs certainly a good replacement for ladapo. I would guess eaves is lined up to replace smudge and to play a similar role. Im not too despondent if these 2 signings come off cos i think our forward line would be any worse than last time in the champ. We could crown it by taking a prem starlet forward on but not a hirsty thanks tho he did seem.to find his shooting boots at the end of the season at pompey. Would he be better in the champ this season i wonder?

Yeah he may be a good addition in fairness but just not very exciting on the face of it. His attitude and willingness to run are great features but we need someone who can find the back of the net. Going to be damn hard to find that guy on our budget though, deja vu.

Well we had Vassell for a starter ! I would take Hurst in front of all the other strikers mentioned ! He has height, pace, work rate and now he is scoring goals ( a lot) he was not ready two years ago, but he his now !!!

Good shout MILLERSTALE got to agree, thought we should have kept him last season.
