Not sure why we can't go after a big physical CF. Not had one since Wood. They are very effective pair up with our skilled and energetic players in the midfield.

Can't help but think we'd be if we had someone in the Antonio mold.

it appears that we are reverting to form on signings. I expect that usual suspects will pop us such as Kent, DePaul and Ramsay. we will fritter away our window going after these instead of a calculated list of primary and contingency signings.

It really is depressing. Can't believe we can't broaden out scouting and focus to more than 3-5 people.

Lingard is available on a free as is Nketiah.

Both would improve us but could we afford the wages.

Sort of signings I would love to see.

Just imagine a 100% fully fit Bamford, Gelhardt, who is learning fast, and another like an Antonio / Origi / Toney - we can dream at least.
In correct position Rodrigo has done ok, Roberts, no, rather talk about Partygate.

Looks like we are about to sign Tyler Adams.

Very good player but injury prone.

Maybe with a different training regime we won't get so many injuries.

Strong rumour that Pulisic wants to leave Chelsea. Maybe Jesse Marsch can have a chat with him.

Not so much an incoming as a returnee, but why would Leeds wants to sell Davis (on loan @ Bournemouth) instead of getting him in the side ahead of Firpo? Done well at Bournemouth, helping them get promoted so hardly indication of a side that's not competitive in the PL, from a league we know how hard it is to get out of. One of the few loanees we could actually benefit from using on return?
