A lot of Europeans chose to come to this country and work. This has really helped our labour market in the last couple of decades. And they contributed to our society by paying taxes.

Ryanair lost £300m last year, admittedly it was pandemic related but still. BA and Virgin are rumoured to be on the brink. Flybe and Thomas Cook have gone bust in the last few years. Its unusual for airlines to make mega profits, if they do it is because their model is efficient.

So I guess, the low paid jobs are in part helping keeping inflation low. Now we've voted for Brexit - expect higher inflation.
