Base on the teams performance last season up to Dyche being sacked, the chairman should have acted more quickly in both dispensing with Dyche and having the forethought to have an immediate replacement lined up as it was more than obvious things were not going to plan.

At the start of last season I said that our only hope would be that there were three worst teams than Burnley, unfortunately there wasn't. With the signing to Collins, Cornet and Roberts I thought that Alan Pace may have been good for the club as he was looking to strengthen the team. As the season progressed it seem that the club was sleeping its way to relegation with no sign of leadership from the board of directors. Looking at the situation as it is today I would suggest the the Chairman and board have yet to wake up.
