Would you rather we protest by not attending and watch the Club go under?

There's a time and place for protests. The full time appointment of Kiwomya was one of them but the supporters who knew that it was a terrible idea destined to end in disaster got shouted down by the nodding dogs. For that reason the Trews must have thought they could get away with something similar in Fullarton.

Hardy absolutely deserved to see a major protest but the fact that we were still in with a chance of staying up until the final day meant there was no opportunity for one without potentially effecting the performance of the players and losing a crucial 3 points.

Social media does play a big part, the current owners will be aware of the general mood. They might be able to resist the temptation to read any of it but somebody will be making them aware of it and they are basically being given a green light to carry on as they are, no pressure, take your time lads, we're so grateful you're not Alan Hardy etc.

Reminds me of something Malcolm McLaren once said on one of those utterly pointless TV shows doing a top 100 albums of all time, inevitably peppered with whatever happened to have been popular for 6 months around the time of the vote. Steps were voted fairly highly up and McLaren was asked for his reaction, he just shrugged and said "The public get what they deserve."
That probably applies to Notts.
