CK? Not what's being said elsewhere.
It's an American business called MSD Holdings who paid 1.6M last month to cover the wages
They have been paying all the bills to keep the club afloat
In total they have loaned the club 23M now
But that loan is pretty secure as they have loaned the money against the stadium
So the club can't be bought on the cheap. That loan has to be repaid for any new owner to use Pride Park
Plus separately an agreement has to be made to pay off creditors and administrator fees
MSD Holdings have not had to show any of the loan at risk in their accounts so must believe the stadium and/or it's land are worth more than the loan with or without the football club surviving
For a new owner who can't afford to buy the stadium another business is lined up to repay that loan take over the stadium and then lease the stadium back to the football team
I guess MSD Holdings will continue to fund derbys losses and expenditure until they believe the stadium and it's land are no longer worth more than the loan they have given the club
Mel Morris valued the stadium and land at 80M but apparently Middlesborough had it independently valued at 22M approx when in litigation against Derby recently
So might be getting close to MSD Holdings not being prepared to loan any more against the value of the stadium to keep paying the bills
CK, well there you go, paying the wages my ass.

Breaking: Chris Kirchner has withdrawn his bid to buy Derby tonight and is now OUT. CK has notified the EFL that he is regretfully pulling out. Crucial time wasted, and now it’s over to the other interested parties to get a deal done.. #dcfc

As ive said before... its not libal if its true and ck has been oroven to be a lying potless pi33 ant
Im more concerned about the well being of some of our supporters (the likes of b4 as said before)
Forget the told you so rubbish this is not going to end well for some if the worst comes. Tricky might take the pi33 but even he can appreciate that this club so much to many people, lads like this b4 live for their club and those bast@rds have taken advantage of that.
DCFC, for your own sake, check out the definition of libel. You’ve quite possibly been proved right over certain things but you HAVE libelled people on here...Marinakis for one.
As regards the rest. You give Tricky far too much credence. He’s loving every second of our misfortune.
As far as ‘B4’ is concerned...doubtless your intentions are good but frankly I doubt anyone on here would have understood if macstheman hadn’t stepped in to explain.
Neither is it just him. I’m wondering how to explain all this to two of my grandchildren who (Covid apart) have hardly missed a match over the last three years and, at the other end of the age spectrum, there will be older people wondering if they’ll ever see the team they saw as Champions when they were youngsters, in the top flight - or even the Championship - ever again.
Sadly it’s the nature of football. Southampton, Man. City, Villa and Wolves fans have all experienced the same level of relegation...and bounced back. The difference is that we SEEM (that little word stops any charge of libel) to have become the victim of rich men APPEARING IMO (there’s a couple more) to play fast and loose with with the club’s future and the hopes and well being of supporters.

Some might argue that the bit in bold now seems likely but we do not know that it is true. All we know is that he has pulled out and we may think it's a shame his Dad didn't
What we don't know, and you are merely presuming, is WHY he pulled out.
It might be because, as you assert, he never had the money in the first place, in which case, he is the charlatan many have said he is.
It might be that, with the limited time now available for a deal to be completed, he had found out the fraud investigation would take too long so he's retracted his bid so the club can be saved by someone else.
It might be for other reasons. the point being..... YOU DON'T KNOW. You are surmising and not dealing in proven facts. If he did have the money then you are, indeed, guilty of libel.
There are wider questions to be looked at here. Quantuma. They say they saw proof of funds and proof of transfer. How did a supposedly experienced firm of insolvency experts get conned by CK if the funds were either not here and/or never sent? If I was Quantuma or one of their employees involved in such events, they must surely, rightly so too, be very worried about their licence to practice and their future livelihood. Hopefully there will be a thorough investigation into what went wrong and the necessary conclusions implemented.
EFL have reportedly also seen the same proof Quantuma did. How did they, if the proof was false, get sucked into this disaster? Again a thorough investigation is necessary to sort out what went wrong and how to stop it happening again.
DCFC. If the two entities named above did get suckered by a pack of lies, then those working for DCFC on this also have a battery full of eggs on their faces. I won't go into names but one is perfectly obvious. Again, an investigation is needed to sort out what went wrong and heads should probably roll.
DCFCA. Your assumptions are, as yet, not backed up by fact. The fact that he's pulled out does NOT prove he never had the money. Nor does it prove Q/EFL/DCFC were conned by a conman. They might have been but we'll never know until the FACTS are in the public domain.
I'm just about erring on the side of agreeing with our resident antagonist but still have the nagging thought that it's pretty much unthinkable, but possible, that Quantuma and EFL and the DCFC board all got suckered into believing false documents. That would not be good for Quantuma nor for the EFL nor DCFc board members involved in proceedings.
Will there ever be an investigation? Will we ever know the full facts?
The future. I have no idea. The EFL will be making sure all is done to complete the deal in the next 9 days, that or ensure people have put enough money into the club to keep it going for the season, say £5M refundable from each candidate also to happen within the next 9 days. Why 9 days? If there isn't some kind of solution available on fixture release date I'm sure we'll lose our Golden Share.
All we can do is sit and wait patiently. Easier said than done. It's a huge part of our lives spread over many a year and we have a massive emotional investment in DCFC.
