It’s called supply and demand by area! There are many illegal factories in Leicester where workers are paid much less than the minimum wage. All fool them and the police turn a blind
eye. If you were a business in an area where staff would not work for the minimum wage you either close your doors and moan or get the best staff and pay more. I know which route we take!

Pay for nurses is shocking and hope they strike too and refuse to treat railway staff firstly!!
