That was a few years ago and he has been scoring at a much higher level now.

Why the **** don't we start on the defence like all good teams do?

We can sign all the strikers we want but IF THE DEFENSE IS **** WE AIN'T GOING NOWHERE.

The midfield is not strong or combative enough.We are physically weak.

Too easy to play against...the same old problems.

I don't see any change...mark my words.

Have to say it’s a bit early to panic, we’ve actually done some very quick business in bringing 4 in, we’ve lost 2 forwards and brought in 2, lost 2 RB/RWB brought in 1 and lost a CB and brought 1 in, I think we’ve done pretty well, actually very well. I think we will lose Cal or Ruben, gut says Cal at least. I think we need a marquee signing in a ball winner/leader, paid off for Stockport. I agree with most we need some height then in a CB and CF as we are lacking there but I’m sure the recruitment team are well aware of that.

Currently then, by my reckoning we are left needing a target man type centre forward, and a goalkeeper who might just be a loanee again this season, and unless anybody does leave, that is it.
