Not the same scenario mon ami. Orsic was scared for the welfare of his family following threats from the selling club's Ultras, Ballard was just being a greedy tw@t and wanting unrealistic wage demands.

Both well left well alone IMHO, pity the Weghorst deal did not fail in similar fashions.

I would say it's unrealistic expecting Arsenal players to accept the wages we're now offering. It might be an attractive wage to kids from Oxford and MK Dons, but if we think we're going to take players off Arsenal, it's us who needs a dose of realism.

I take it that's a NO then, NO they aven't signed. I hope they don't take too much time, we play our first game four weeks on Friday, just 32 sleeps away.

    Dawdling not recommended.

Right now we could field a team that would rip the Chumpionship a new arse. How long we can keep hold of Roberts, Collins, Taylor, Cornet, McNeil and Brownhill is anyone's guess.

Strong rumours suggest two of them will be revealed tomorrow mon ami.

Weghorst is being imminently transported to Turkey on "Do One Airlines" and a replacement is already in the pipeline...
