P and J today - I don’t think Goodwin considers that he fits into his player profile - toys out of the pram and sulked towards the end of the season. Did well initially and always gets a good shot away but not really very mobile.

He's been far to inconsistent.

I guess Goodwin probably saw his as a backup & fancied someone more clinical , if we can find such.
the stats below show around 1 goal in 4 shots
seems he missed a lot more than that , or made poor decisions not shooting etc.

Start of last season with Hedges and Wright feeding him He did well ?

The boy has always worked hard. So I would be surprised if Goodwin would frown upon his talent ?

Anyone think Eamon Bropgy is better ?


Let's wait and see how well he fares being fed the ball by our new dynamic forwards etc ?

Possibly the consider offers thing was Goodwin telling the boy they will help him move if he remains unhappy after a few games ?

No.

More agile, yes.

That type of player has been missed but Brophy isn't the answer. Hoping Miovski is. I think if we held on to Ramirez and added a tall target man type we'd have pretty diverse forward options.
