    No it’s 10.50 and 2.5% increase for HQ staff. Not great but they didn’t have to do this for cost of living when staff recently had an annual rise. That’s my point - they will ensure happier staff and get some staff from competitors which is what many businesses are doing that will pay extra. Pay no more and don’t cry when your staff leave!

    Who pays for these increases?- we all do!!! companies increase their prices to cover their costs. Reduce their profits? doubt it & it has knock on effects on pension funds. Rising wages always means rising prices.Printing money ends badly- always.
