So you are ok with someone breaking the rules to win? Surely everyone involved with that horse should suffer and if you backed a horse that the jockey was proven to have broken rules to win the race and loses it in the stewards room then you shouldnt be paid out. UTM

You don't know gambling. Bookies also punters want that quick turnover. Another thing there's different grades of whip use wouldn't be quick determining them.
