What was the triallist like Brin? Would you keep him on first showing?

The trialist NL did fine, well worth another look.
I will stick my neck out and say more than likely we will sign him on loan.

More concerning was Bramall with his thigh heavily strapped and his calf bandaged up after the game.
    Hopefully it's nothing serious.

Have to agree, didn't realise he was only 19 looked more mature in his game than that. He made one or two hesitant attempts at heading clear that didn't quite come off but maybe that was just nerves trying to impress. Solid clear header of the ball though and not a 50p head like someone who use to play at the back for us.

Big tall lanky lad and can shift when pushing forward, worth another look? On that showing yes but, Warne has so little time to see him again before the season starts.

One player who did impress last night and that was Odoffin. I think we've found our new centre half to fill Wood' boots. He was solid in the tackle, the air and was mouthing plenty of instructions out to Nigel Lonwijk.

All that maybe true Brin but as correctly pointed out in another thread we are playing lower teams than us, so our players should look good.
