I don’t see Villa loaning us someone of his talent.

Gayle for me but I don’t expect it to happen.

Young Delap from Man City is a young loanee that I’d like to see.

The new signings is great news but won’t make us contenders unless we get a decent striker in.
Dike looks like a number 9 in some respects, hold up play, target man, but so was Hughill. I think he will be a handful for defenders but a goal threat?
Gayle is a natural, getting on now but is still a very dangerous player for the opposition. I’d take a punt for a 1 year deal

I have a feeling if we palm Robinson off we may get Gayle, that would really make this a very very good transfer window.

I consider Bruce has had a successful transfer window, given the financial restraints.
Sadly, he has not (yet) been able to shift some of the deadwood (e.g.Bartley, Zohore) No doubt there will not have been any clubs interested in buying, nor picking up their wages via a loan arrangement.

I agree Prando although you have forgotten Robinson and Livermore!! They are useless and no room for them in the new set up and on big wages!

A right back, Matt Clarke and another striker don't mind any of those being linked and we will have a very competitive squad, it will then be down to Bruce to get the best out of them, he certainly won't any excuses.
