We have got a another done deal just waiting for confirmation coming through, think he will be with us either later today or tomorrow. A midfielder from Liverpool Under 23's.

We are going to go back in offer £5m for Szmodics today.
They do rate him highly and want him.

This next part is pretty obvious now. They are spending the money that we will get for Brereton. He is in talks with a club as we speak. It is looking like they will meet the £20m valuation.
We are now in talks with a striker who we are prepared to send £8-10m on. We will only allow Brereton to go if we get the new striker deal done this weekend.

Its pretty clear to me what is happening, they now know Brereton is leaving, we will get the £20m and they are trying to go back to their number one targets to get them done before allowing Ben to sign.

The other targets where if we kept Brereton, so money was tight. Now they have a little to spend, they will be actively going out to get that business done, and try spend it before we get left in a situation where we allow him to leave, and have not brought in certain replacements.
