I’m not posting it because I’m unhappy with Cal going or the owners strategy but kind of feels, well at least to me a bit deflating. We’ve lost a player in my eyes could command 300k plus and we’re left with a incoming fee where we probably can’t bring in a guaranteed player of his ability.
Hopefully we did get £300k. As far as I can see nobody seems to have an accurate leaked figure from inside either club. The statement from the board did point out that Aberdeen had met their valuation. Maybe we'll never know but I trust the club under this regime to do the right thing.

Hope so Swale as I want the model to work for the owners and the club, Leigh Curtis believed it to be over 100k, I know he's not the fountain of knowledge but he's a journalist in the public domain and has to keep some type of credibility so I doubt he would post a figure far off. Clubs financially are still recovering from Covid so less cash about and more players seem willing to run their contracts down means together a lot lower transfer fees across the board.

Is any Notts player worth 300k plus in his final year of his contract?
