Easy for some to say.

I struggle to live in the present and to appreciate the day I’m in, I live in the past and worry about the future and have contemplated death since I was a child.

I wish I was made differently, I can honestly say that it’s not easy living inside my head.

Down here in Cornwall tonight I was watching the horizon and seeing the daylight become not much more than a sliver against the blackness and I thought.......

That pretty much sums up where I am in life now.

The last bit of the daylight before eternal blackness.

There will be no blackness. You will cease to exist. You will be incapable of thought and feeling. It's very hard to comprehend. When people say they have died and see themselves going towards a light that's probably the brain shutting down.
Reincarnation is a very real possibility. Perhaps we are always here in some form or another. How about if we come back as Dingles and hate the Albion?
But it won't be you, we could come back as a Spider or a tree. If a tree you could live for hundreds of years and never realise it. That would be one way to erase the memory banks. More logical than sitting on a cloud or a garden for eternity, lockdown was bad enough for just a few weeks.
As for Uhura, I loved her mini skirts, great competition for Susan Stranks.

Surprisingly to me, life has got considerably harder as I’ve gotten older.

I expected my latter years to be relaxed and enjoyable and it’s proving to be completely the opposite.

I know of so many male 50+ and 60+ friends and acquaintances who are really struggling at the moment.

In retrospect my late 30’s to mid 40’s were the best time of my life.

It is very easy for people to say . Everybody has different levels of understanding about life.
Lots of people have an opinion about death. They are only opinions.
Death isn't the end....but while alive you can inform yourself better as to the topic.
At death all activity ceases...
But death itself is most likely an illusion, just like quantum physics evidence suggests.

Anybody declaring there is nothing....clearly must be taken with a large doses of salt...😂
Put some time and effort into the subject and you will be amazed what actual evidence is out there....beyond the oft repeated mantras if the ignorant...
