So what you lot are all saying is taking the knee should never have been started.
Most black players took the knee the likes of Zaha are few and far between and he’s just arrogant he thinks he’s right with everything.
Can’t understand why some think it’s a joke and as for some being coerced into doing it is rubbish we are all individuals and have our own minds and if they didn’t agree with it they wouldn’t do it.
Cannot see what’s wrong if as a group they decide to keep doing it. If some individuals don’t want to do it don’t it’s not forced on anybody.

The problem with any gesture of support, no matter how significant it may be, is that if its done too much it can become a parody of itself and ends up being counter productive. When the George Floyd incident happened, I would have had no problem taking the knee at the next game as a show of support, protest against racism, however you want to frame it, because I thought what happened to him was revolting. But doing it every game trivializes the whole thing. What exactly are you doing by taking the knee today? Are you still protesting the George Floyd incident or is that old news especially since the morons who killed him are now in jail? Are you showing support for the organization Black Lives Matter, which is a neo-Marxist organization that I don't happen to agree with? Are you protesting racism in general or specifically police victimization of minority groups? It all becomes so fuzzy that it risks being a completely meaningless gesture, which it seems to have become.
