'Taking the knee' is just a ritual. Attitudes and actions get rid of racism and not meaningless rituals. We showed football the way with Regis, Batson and Cunningham. They took a lot of flack but they were respected by us. That's the only way to get rid of racism. Judge each individual on their merits.
