Is to appeal her conviction for embezzlement. FFS how many trials/mistrials/retrials/appeals/convictions/quashed convictions/ miscarriages of justice is that? 6? 8? 10? Wonder how much that has cost the state from start to finish with not a chance of anybody seeing a penny of the stolen money repaid.

I see at her trial McGarty was playing the Mental Health card stating that she has suffered from depression. It did not stop her standing for election as an SNP MP and being the treasurer of two pro independence groups.

I am generally quite a happy chappy thank you. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and my opinion is you post absolute drivel and nonsense 99 per cent of the time. So i will post my criticisms here. I would suggest that you post on Pravda....oh wait you cant as you are barred, for posting nonsense and drivel and derailing threads with your aforementioned nonsense and drivel.
