Can't afford to loan any of our strikers out at the moment mate. Eaves still not fit and not match sharp. JJ out for a good few months too. Kelly has a role to play this season. He put himself about well when he came on against Swansea and nearly scored with his first telling contribution.
I'd say we still need another forward aswell as Fletcher.

Mellow, davies said there is a breakthru with the signing of a striker but paul warne says this is not true he could still go elsewhere. How can this be a break thru. Its just not true unless you.are saying.warne is lying? We are in the same position with this player as last week. Nowt has changed. Paul davis should have said, based on warnes interview that warne was still hopeful of signing this player but he may.be going.elsewhere. That is the hard fact. It is also arguable that he should be publishing the name of the player involved. Journalistic comments should.be based on hard facts. Davies just tells fans whay he thinks they want to hear
