    We didn’t play well against killie, we were average first half at best, lucky if we made 2-3 chances whole match, we were bossing 2nd half up to sending off, then poor after. Alkmar home performance very good and disciplined.

    Should be thankful of making 2-3 chances in a game. This is why Scottish football is such a bore. Take United against Livi, you wouldn't think three points were up for grabs by watching that first half. Then Livi score, don't know about others but as United needed to score I just felt it was going to be one of these days again where we fall behind and then have to actually try and score, with no joy. How many times can that be the script watching United?

    These players don't go out to score goals they go out and keep possession. On Thursday we were given a total footballing masterclass, that is by scoring goals you can destroy the opposition by scoring goals and keep going at it.
