You’re spot on here Phil.

Constant rule changes and then finding out you’re in violation of some obscure rule.

The feedback situation is ridiculous, the number of satisfied customers who can be bothered to leave a positive feedback is minuscule yet the motivated w a n k e r who perceives some injustice can’t wait to pen a negative is proportionally much greater.

The problem for people like you and me is that the money required to have our own website that has the popularity to gain the same sales as Amazon does for us would cost a fortune.

The only way you can gain big sales off your own website is if you have sole rights to a certain brand or product, if you’re fighting a load of competitors it’s very difficult to have your own massive website.
