I fear we've got ourselves a bog-standard head coach whose main preoccupation is going to be how to string out his tenure. I'm judging this on coming to a place like Gateshead with hardly any intent to attack the game - 3 CBs, 3 holding midfielders, 2 WBS from our amazing pool of promotion-level WBS.
