Should be as it was, free for those that can't afford them and a nominal fee for those that - the old fee was £2.50 per item I think, that would be reasonable.

I think it was nearer a tenner than £2.50. Means testing is very expensive so just charge everyone £1 problem solved. I would charge everyone a £1 to see a doctor tae.
