When I got my Op and Chemo they were brilliant, but the follow up things have been shocking, appointments cancelled on the day, other appointments done over the phone, not the individuals fault, I personally blame it on the government in this country, who in turn would blame it on Westminster, but in truth NHS in Scotland has been a shambles for years, long before the covid excuse was invented
