    I really like that. I'd just tweak it slightly and go 4-3-1-2 and put Ruben centrally behind the front two rather than to the left of a three man strike force. That way you have both Scott and Langstaff as central strikers which I believe is how they operated so sucessfully together at Gateshhead? Both strikers could then keep the defenders busy giving Ruben space to link up with the midfield and then go and have a pop at goal himself whilst also feeding the two front men.
