My late father used to say positivity and being stress free leads to a longer life! Therefore Corrie - Cocoa - wearing cords/brown shoes and a dirty snot rag are a no no for me!
Worked with a chap in his early 60s around the late 90s/00s. He and his wife used to go ballroom dancing and were classed as youngsters.

One comment he always used to make was about the amount of used condoms to be found on the floor of the car parks outside on 60/70+ dance nights.

If any of them are still alive now I imagine their minds would be more willing for standing knee tremblers than their hearts and hips. That said I know for a fact there's loads of STI transmission in care homes for the elderly.
