I see Ethan Ampadu has left Chelsea on a loan deal to Spezia, in Italy.
I have to say I thought he was the sort of player we could have used but he was never ever mention the press at least. Plenty of flexibility as a defensive midfielder or even in the back 4.

At the risk of repeating what I've stated on another post I just cannot believe the incompetence of this club in letting both Kipre and Taylor leave the club. It left us with just three recognised central defenders, now down to two. Kipre, OK, but to let a very promising youngster like Taylor is completely incompetent and basically, an act of sheer stupidity. The fact that we didn't try to sign Clarke, 'Player of the Season', is also complete lunacy.
What idiots are running our club? If Bruce is a part of this then he shouldn't be sacked but sectioned. We've now got to try and sign a central defender. From where and what quality? As I say, we're being run by morons!
