I don't think we have a problem with the current board, just because some people want a problem & enjoy moaning every day on BFC social media sites doesn't necessarily equate to problems in the real World.

After 4 months we have an excellent new manager & coaching team and a squad starting to gel after much upheaval, we are currently 2pts off the play offs. The signing of Duff is our finest managerial appointment since Allan Clarke in 1978, he will be our league one Klopp inspiration wise. Not sure how Khaled got him to BFC but it was a masterstroke & as he said a manager from UK with experience,

Also some really good transfers with Connell already looking commanding & Cundy, Phillips, Martin & Edwards look good signings, also we have signed two strikers in Norwood & Tedic. Norwood will be a handful in league one & Tedic looked impressive at Leeds & should get a chance in league one soon. The way Duff is getting players like Benson, Thomas and Cole to improve may mean we will not need many new players. It has to be said the win at Hillsborough was glorious for many reasons, not least because it was after some fans spent the week whining about the pizza cup & how crap our strike-force was.

I see you want the current board to 'accept the damage you have caused or move on'. What damage? a squad is coming together that looks exciting & able to progress. And what happens next if the current board move on? are u wanting Jean Cryne out? surely you know by know no one is interested in buying a skint football club with heavy debts & fans who whinge about everything, you would have to be mad to buy BFC.

    Your views are noted.

Wasn't Ismael the best appointment since Clarke ?

Wasn't it Ahmad who brought in Schopp and Asbaghi ?

It's strange that someone enjoys a win so that he can attempt to points score against others.

Who made the club skint with heavy debts ?

I don't understand all the references to Jean Cryne ? She is a board member like all the other's , collectively they are at best "poor " one away win in just over 12 months ?, not only do they constantly sell our promising player's " before we get a chance to at least see some develop " they now sell HCs /Manager's for millions , if some want to accept this behaviour and praise the Board carry on , keep praising those who don't or won't put a penny into trying to resolve a mess they all caused, The club had Millions in credit before this lot turned a blind eye and let a part baked American blow the lot on a load of rubbish ,
BTW Danny Wilson has been the most successful Manager /not necessarily the best ,

Ponty seems to think the "current board" are separate to the "previous board". It's a bit like the new Tory Govt trying to distance themselves from the people in Govt for the last twelve years.

Apart from a few small sales of shares the "current board" are exactly the same people as the so called "previous board". Only Julie is new and she does not own any shares. The same people --Lee, Parekh, Jean and James Cryne, Hung, Schreiber, Samuelson, Edmonds, Pollock all stood by and allowed Conway to trash the club's finances. The "current board" may like to dress themselves up as new but they are the ones who allowed the financial mess to happen and are having to clean up their own mess, still without investing a penny. It is only by the good fortune of Conway's contractual four year review becoming due that the Investor Group hedge fund managers decided Conway was trashing their investment and removed him as their representative.
They are all still there, including Conway.

Based solely on results/ achievement Wilson Mark I was our most successful manager, followed by Bassett's Play Off Final, Heckingbottom's and Ritchie's Play Off Final, Stendel's automatic promotion and Ismael's Play Off Semi Final. To suggest Duff is our best managerial appointment since Clarke after only seven league games is perhaps in need of reconsideration and reflection.

(Cundy , Philips , and Martin and Edwards look good signings " so did Oulare and Iseka !! I'm hopeful at best for these new lad's , and I wish them well , unlike the beljum 2 who are bleeding the club dry and not playing , would like your view on that PE , don't break off from making Auntie Jean's tea though , in your own time " early hour's of the morning " perhaps,

With all due respect to Jean Cryne the women shouldn't be anywhere near the boardroom of this club .

Firstly at her time of life she shouldn't be in this position .

Secondly what skills does she have to be on the boardroom of a football club other than she's the widow of Patrick Cryne and mother to James Cryne which is just a bloodline and nowt to do with skillset .

Going on this logic as Johnson departed from number 10 today his wife Carrie Johnson should be made Home Secretary in the morning .

I agree very much regarding JC , let's not get carried away on sentiment here though , she has a role to play in this set up, and is equally culpable as the rest of the board for these huge losses they allowed to happen , they "the owners " if they really ? are interested in the Club should cover their failures and pay up ,

Wasnt Jean brought in after the departure of Conway, Lee and Hung? Therefore after the money was spent? If thats correct she cant be held culpable for those losses but she can be held accountable with the rest for the farcical transfer window that just passed and any future developments at the club.

The Cryne family have had 20% of the club since 2017 Ethel .
