At the end of the day the Queen is respected by many around the World, is a mum, grand mother and great grand mother and so wish her the very best. God be with her!

Hey Al, I think somebody hacked into your account, cause the above post has no swearing in it.

She will be sadly missed when she passes. In the meantime best wishes to her and hope this is not as serious as it appears, although given her age and the impact of the recent passing of her husband the signs do not look good.
That sums up my views, too. Even if you don’t agree with the monarchy, she has been a dedicated servant of this country, the way she has conducted herself over the years should be examined by certain members of her family, who have behaved disgracefully.

    RIP Queen Elizabeth II.

What a shame that she didn’t outlive that excuse for a human being, Putin.

I mentioned to my wife this afternoon that when I met my wife all those many moons ago the Queen was the age I am now....60.

It sort of puts it in perspective.

She’s actually reigned for 30% of the history of the USA.

    An impossible act to follow.

    RIP QE ll

    Indeed!
Really is an end of an era and, even if she lived to a good age, I feel genuinely sad at her passing. Always had great respect for both the Queen and her husband even if not others in the family. Think the crown will eventually be in safe hands with William though. Glad all the close family managed to get to say their goodbyes in time too because she was, after all, also a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

I was just contemplating the fact that my grandad who was born in 1900, he actually had The Queen as his monarch for 20 years.

    He’s been gone for 50 years! 😳

She will have reigned over people born from around 1840 right up until the likes of my granddaughter Nellie born in 2022.

That’s a stretch of getting on for two centuries of life, remarkable.

She had her marbles right up until the end which is both amazing and very apt in her case.
