    Can't see where I've said that and clearly that's not right. Of course they need to shoulder some of the blame but, ultimately, it's the head coach's responsibility and therefore them that take the fall. Otherwise what's the proposition? We sack all the players who were involved? Not entirely practical that is it?

    In a case where the new coach comes in if the players refuse to follow instructions the coach should be telling TA about that.
    It's then up to TA to address the players and tell them this is your new coach and if you don't like it please ask for your contract to be ripped up here and now.
    Maybe this happened maybe it didn't, I have no idea, but something went very badly wrong.
    As a result no decent manager would want to come near us.
    Ross shouldn't have changed to a back 4 so quickly and his wafer thin middle 3 was a joke, but this has all the hallmarks of a player hoping for a promotion.

    Speculation obviously.
