He has had only one transfer period to improve the squad and the recent new arrivals are good despite the lack of any money to spend. He has also been a bit unlucky with a couple of key injuries. I would like to give him the January window and then see where we are.

We are already in a relegation fight - it could be worse then! Our keeper is worse - our defence is worse - our midfield is better and since Fayle left - no change with no recognised striker apart from an injured croc from sunny Florida,

Tactics worse - team selections worse and can’t stand the lack of hunger and passion! Why did Blues show that hunger? Why did Bruce fail miserably at Newcastle?

This club is a poisoned chalice to any manager. It’s a career killer. I’m always amazed when players say how pleased they are to join such an ambitious club. It’s just Groundhog Day.

Bruce is past it, probably tired training methods and too old to inspire the players. Having said that, the real problem is Lai, who won’t give any manager the backing they need, so while I think that Bruce should say ‘Goodbye’, there’s probably no point until Lai is gone. League One beckons, folks!
