You must remember our Club is a basket case for manager appointments these days, we're the talk of the steamie out there & beggars can't be choosers.
If the candidate believes in himself, he'll take the chance that he's good enough to succeed in that time. Ten matches to prove he is worth a contract until the end of the season. He'll never get a better opportunity than this. Again, if he thinks his background says otherwise, then good luck to him.

And you are only as good as you last post. Cowdenbeath was his last, and only post, as manager. So sorry for 'beating that drum' but it's all anyone has to go on when talking about his previous managerial experience.

Let him prove himself over a longer period than three games. Give him another ten, then make a better offer, if indeed, he has proven himself.
