    a new keeper is a must too as is another striker

    Harkes has now arguably directly cost us points in two matches now this season. Have to say that for me McGrath and Harkes by and large play the same position, there really is no need to be playing both and currently McGrath is the man on current form. Thought he was excellent on Saturday.

    Regarding striker, if Anaku shows more of what he gave in his 25 mins or so on Saturday, then we may have our other forward on the books already, fingers crossed.

    Harkes also scored the winner in the cup. But, yes, he definitely cost us the first goal at Ibrox. I don't think Harkes and McGrath are similar, the latter being much more of a creative player and I actually think they complement each other quite well. That said, I agree that after Ibrox perhaps Harkes should be on the bench next match and other combinations tried.

    considering we've only got fletcher and the Ugandan lad smith could well be involved up front at some point and sadly this is no joke...

    He does like to nail the odd important goal. Another one against the Huns and he gets to keep them!
