The defence was still a solid unit. This season the defence has been nothing short of shambolic. Edwards looking scared to even touch the ball for instance whereas last season he was an absolute rock at times. JR throwing Behich in at the deep end then dropping hin for the hopeless McMann. Not to mention the 4 at the back which clearly wasn't working. We're now back to a solid 3 and looking better for it.Originally Posted by offshore_arab83

As we're now seeing with Behich & McGrath, players need time to bed in, especially foreigners. I'm still hopeful Birighitti will come good. Unfortunately some fans have already deemed him not good enough with some ITK'rs even claiming he's left the club.
