Thinking ahead (and I am grasping at straws here) but the World Cup may be a lucky break. As a result, we’re probably going to have played roughly 5-6 fewer games by the time the Jan transfer window opens than in normal seasons. Consequently it might not be as disastrous as it may have been otherwise. There can’t be any phucking about - we have to have what need to balance up the squad ready to come in on day number one of the window.I can’t even believe I’m saying that - WTF has happened?
