Let's forget all this nonsense and get behind Matt and the lads and give 100% support, starting with the match on Wednesday.

    If he's actually coming, yes.

    I have a serious question :

I know Rob Scott was not a Paul Warne or “Manager Specific” appointment, being recruited directly by the board.

Is the position of recruitment Manager normally a board appointment at other clubs, or is it a Manager (backroom staff) appointment?

No, it's only 4pm. I'm still up but don't have a definitive answer. To me it would be prudent to have some positions be club appointments, otherwise every time you change manager you could also be looking for a new kit man, tea lady (or kit lady and tea man)...etc. If Scotty is recruitment manager doesn't that mean his duties include recruiting players and other staff into the RUFC organization or is he just player recruitment? Even so, I'm not sure that position needs to be bound hand and foot to the head coach.

Neither do I CAM. I know some smaller clubs where the Manager is also the tea lady/man! Lol.

I’m sure it will be all sorted.
    Thanks for replying.

Seems that Rotherham haven’t actually done anything wrong but are getting slated
Clearly we’re used to **** ups and just expect it
