Thread: Time wasting during 90 minutes - ok or not ?

    Read an article years ago about The Rugby World Cup (Union). Average time the ball was actually in play was about 48 minutes per game.

    I like my NFL and like the way it works there, out of bounds, incomplete pass and the clock gets stopped. People complain the game is too long but I really enjoy it.

    If the clock was stopped in football, how long would the average game be?

    Take our up and coming match against Liverpool, late kick off, what time would the game finish, so there are other matters to be considers, i.e kick off times

    The weird thing with all that is in football and the VAR which some times takes between 3 to 4 minutes to work it out the stupid clock still runs lol
