I like my NFL and like the way it works there, out of bounds, incomplete pass and the clock gets stopped. People complain the game is too long but I really enjoy it.

If the clock was stopped in football, how long would the average game be?

Take our up and coming match against Liverpool, late kick off, what time would the game finish, so there are other matters to be considers, i.e kick off times
Valid points Fred for match travelling fans - appreciate your comments & great to hear from you.

Leeds fans & Official reps have expressed their anger on many occasions to the relevant authorities reguarding match dates & times changed for Sky tv - sadly a regular event nowadays for those who travel by ferry, bus, train & air with many also pre-booking their accomodation & time off work for the original date of the purchased* match ticket, some eventually losing out big time financially.

Saturday 3pm & midweek 8pm is what most would ask for & Sky can bugger off regarding kick offs on Sundays, Mondays & Fridays for most travelling home & away Leeds fans i regularly keep contact with !

Is it fair play/respectful that PL allow Brighton to cancel a game against Palace because of the UK train strikes but then allow Sky to re-schedule our trip to Liverpool game for TV when realistically there isn’t any time-table trains running back home for our fans ?

Match times of 90 mins plus may create Tv scheduled issues but compared with the fact that Leeds travelling fans are regularly locked in at away stadiums for up to 30 minutes AFTER the match has finished for safe escort back to transport facilities all adds to the whole matchday timing planning nightmares of arriving & departing let alone added cost adjustments for rearranged fixtures. So yep a lot to consider for sure.

Fact is Fred, that most travelling Leeds fans i know mainly under age 35 age group from UK & Ireland 'would' accept 'longer match times' IF played at sensible times on original sheduled dates.

Can't comment for all subscription paying Tv fans opinions on watching possible longer matches as living in France i'll grab any minutes gladly to watch Leeds on Tv as I'm sure you would wherever you live.
