You wouldn't have thought that that would be too much to ask would you but we still have to ask customers at our PFS to refrain from using their mobile phones on a reasonably regular basis. They may be low risk but -as studies showed-they are not designed to be used in such circumstances and close proximity to fuel or fuel vapours and so have no such safe-guards built in. Why anyone would risk it for the sake of a few minutes away from their phone I just don't get.
