Surely it would be better to have Vincent back here than Francis, Vincent just got more about him than Francis.

    I am indeed, thank goodness!

Horrible feeling, crap result, embarrassing for fans. We should have started with a strong team then made some subs when the game was already well won (IMHO) but at least we're still top of the league.

    And Forest are bottom.

If nothing else, it highlight's the weakness we have in the squad. We have known for a while that Mitchell is not good enough and on today's performance there are one or two more also in that category. I'm sure LW is fully aware of who is who, and hopefully will rectify the problem sooner rather than later.

when we walked up I said maybe there will be quite a few in, what else can u do for a tenner, turns out a lot of things probably better than that. Only positive was Austin, does highlight we need more strength in depth as it feels like the back up is steady at best.

Totally agree. Football clubs have squads for a reason and sometimes you have to rest or protect your best players. LW would have been crucified if he'd started the likes of Langstaff and Rodrigues and they'd got injured by a bad tackle from inferior level players. It's bad enough that they had to come on in the second half.

I can excuse Mahovo for today's result because he genuinely was a young kid making his debut at the highest level he's played, but the rest of the team - fringe players or not - should have had more than enough ability to comfortably beat an opponent of Coalville's humble level.

I don't know whether our team bottled it under the "pressure" of the expectation that they should deal with this opponent easily, or simply didn't apply themselves as they should, but those players have let the club down big time today. It's unacceptable, whether we're top of the league or not.
