Whoever wins the next election, you would imagine taxes will have to increase, (if not sooner than that). There's very little money left in the tin and we are massively indebted. Especially if any new Gov has grandiose spending plans. Interest rates will increase from there all time low and in truth, should be higher than they are at the moment. Covid and the war in Russia has made Gov a bit of a thankless task and no doubt that will continue for quite a few years yet. Other than that everything is tickety-boo.Originally Posted by i961pie
