    Beale and Bartley

It appears that Beale is a fan ! This week’s Express and Star quote Beale as saying…

“Honestly, I think sometimes it all sounds almost too good to be true but Barts trained like a demon last week,” he said.
Barts has been brilliant. I worked with him when I worked with the first-team at Birmingham and he’s a real, real good lad. He’s got bags of experience and I really like Kyle Bartley.”

    Oh dear

With an assessment like that, I think its safe to say that Beale's days are numbered !!!

It looks to me as though he will be putting him on the bench shortly, and maybe assessing the crowd reaction of he is brought on late in the game.
I’ve never been in favour of ‘booing’ a player in an Albion shirt, but how on earth does one express the potential disaster in playing him ?
Bartley is a great header but positionally dire and constantly pointing and apportioning blame elsewhere…
At best he is a League 1 defender.

Despite the good goal at Reading - Beale is a fan of Phillips and Livermore. Whichever way you look at it - they like Bartley are consistently poor!!! Phillips was shocking against Swansea and did zero at Preston!

    Not just Bartley!!

Ah hold your fire you lot. What else can he say when asked? He is shyte? Of course not. Just keep your powder dry for now. I would be surprised if he gets on the team before the break. Beale is being diplomatic here.

There have been times we have been singing Bartleys praise since he’s been here. (Short memories) we have some really good players they are just not always on the boil. If a new manager can get the best out of them we have a good squad.

Totally agree with your comment, Bartley along with our other defenders is better in a back 5, O'Shea and Ajayi were both making lots of mistakes at the beginning of the season but didn't get anywhere near as much stick as Bartley.
