Well Jack Simpson’s red card was rescinded and he can play tomorrow.
Cardiff have conceded a moderate 17 goals, the same as top of the table QPR, but seemingly their main problem is scoring goals with just 12 to their credit so far this season.
This is it, the biggest of the big home matches, one of two games the Jack Army look forward to, Cardiff home and Cardiff away, and especially after doing the double over them last season for the first time.
However, form goes out the window in local derbies and both teams will be going flat out for the win and bragging rights.
Cardiff have an interim manager in first team coach Mark Hudson, who took over a month ago after the departure of Steve Morison.
I thought they were unlucky on Tuesday night losing their key central defender Jack Simpson to a harsh penalty and sending off with 18 mins gone. QPR went on to win 3-0, making it two consecutive defeats for Cardiff.
The same night the Swans fought hard to erase the nightmare match at Burnley by beating 4th placed Reading.
Two goals down after half an hour through elementary defensive errors again and all looked lost. Darling pulled one back with a looping header from a Grimes corner before half-time and two further goals, one each for Cooper and Fulton sealed the win and a remarkable turn around to bag the 3 points.

Big celebrations in the Jack Army camp tonight after a convincing win over Cardiff. Shame Cardiff went down to 10 men after only seven minutes, Callum Robinson sent off for throwing the ball into Cabongo’s face. You can only play what’s in front of you and Swansea proceeded to dominate the match and should have had more than two with Obafemi missing two good chances. With 83% possession it was a on-sided affair, Cardiff players fought valiantly but found it tough with a man short.
So up to the heady heights of 4th place, can we sustain the turnaround in recent form. Four tough away matches to come before the World Cup break -
A Bristol, A Preston, H Wigan, A Birmingham, A Huddersfield

That was most enjoyable boys! We made hard work of it at times with our slow passing and took a while to score after the sending-off.
It ended up an easy win and bragging rights to the Swans once again.
Can we keep this run going? Hope so, some tough matches to come.
