I'm not saying he can do no wrong but the club's position has improved massively since he came (until the wheels came off this season).

    Sorry TTT, another AJ rant.

I would argue it's because of the bank of Ogren which came with the proviso that Team Tony chooses and fits the tyres, gears and does the steering. Herein lies the problem.

The condition of the tyres being fitted is questionable and just like my son's choices, cost more than the car.
Give them their dues some gears work great, reverse especially and top gear is fabulous when we get there but the rest are a bit sticky.
Getting a bit annoyed at going in the wrong direction and up dead ends. Even the old bangers are overtaking us, what's that all about.
As for driving out the country, wouldnt recommend that to be honest, last time the wheels fell off.

Currently, we are relying on other cars running out of juice or crashing, some of our own even shout about this to cheer us up...not even joking they really do!!!
Given the amount invested, that shouldnt be the case. We should be looking forward to regular comfortable journeys on a more scenic route.

But yes, remarkably there is worse out there.
The unique mode of transportation called the funmobile, which although ahead of its time, was built to run on a monorail, scheduled unfortunately in year feck knows.

Employing JR was a mistake that has set us back, big time. That's got to be down to TA and I'm sure he'll be getting grief from the owners about it.

The funny thing about that is that is who most fans who constantly moan about things at the club just now wanted. Thats not a dig at anyone.

I thought we looked well coached much of last season, particularly in Glasgow against the uglies, where we by no means parked the bus but executed game plans well on each occasion, same as at home to Celtic in May and Sevco in August and Feb

Our biggest issue is Courts deciding to leave then appointing the wrong replacement and it taking agile to do so, now we have Courts assistant in charge who has no doubt steadied us from before, we look like we have a chance to get ourselves out of danger where as it was beginning to look like a lost cause before

Hopefully we can put on same type of performance at Tannadice as the last two and get the first goal again, I thought we played some good stuff at home to Hibs especially first half, the goal was a cracker too

Well drilled and organised is good, but it's not coaching a style of play. When I watch us I'm often disappointed with our lack of link up play and fluidity. We've shown it in patches
but not often enough. No lack of effort though.

    It’s a good point.

I was delighted when JR came in.

In hindsight maybe him being based down south was a problem, who knows.

In fairness to the club they acted really quick to address the situation. I would actually have given a few more matches but I think now the club were right to act. The Celtic match the players had just completely lost faith

The goalkeeper situation had not helped our bad start and the second and third against Alkmaar knocked stuffing out.

It’s obvious things have improved under LF we just need a few more wins

The players get Sunday & Monday off. JR returned to his home on these days. I don't think that was as big an issue as some made out tbh. Like the players, he's entitled to days off.

aye i didnt get this 'issue' either, players didn't want to play for JR simple as that, keeper situation will potentially be our downfall (internationalists though) we can see the keeper situation is a major concern so why isn't it being addressed or has it been raised and the coaches have been told tough, it is what it is, try and improve them ?

The keeper situation is a major concern. Was listening to the st Johnston keeper last night who’s on loan for the season. Seemingly doing well. He put out a thank you to their goal keeper coach for helping with this. Not sure our goalie coach wld be line for such praise. He wasn’t great first time round. No idea what the thought process was for rehiring him.
